Anti-corruption raids Reddy's home!

The premises of Gali Janardhan Reddy, kingpin of illegal mining, have been raided by the Karnataka Lokayukta. Earlier Gali Janardhan Reddy has been arrested and sentenced for three years on the accusation of illegal mining beyond the contractual boundaries.

Recently, he was arrested on November 20 in a case related to illegal mining conducted by his company Black Gold Iron Ore Mines and Minerals. The Reddy accused these raids as clear Political Vendatta of Karntaka’s Congress led government. Several documents and properties have been seized by Lokayukta officials. Gali Janrdhan Reddy is infamous for his illegal activities by looting public resources.

He rose to minister’s post and funded a BSR congress party when he expelled from saffron BJP party over his illicit businesses. He is also close to the late YS Raja Sekhar Reddy due to their illegal business involvements.
