AP Govt & Influential People Trying To Save Avinash: Viveka’s Daughter

Late YS Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter, Sunitha impleaded in MP Avinash Reddy’s petition in Telangana High Court to prevent arrest. She alleged that AP Government and influential people in the government are working to save Avinash in this case.

Sunitha mentioned of Avinash Reddy’s role in the planning, execution, destruction of evidence at the scene of the murder, etc., that have been clearly revealed through the charge sheets of the CBI and the statements of the witnesses.

“Avinash is clearly trying to delay the case investigation. On the other hand, he is leveling serious and baseless allegations against me and my family,” Sunitha said.

She mentioned in detail how Avinash Reddy and his father plotted the murder, gave Supari, and how he tried to destroy the evidence and paint the murder as suicide.

“It was Avinash who called CI Sankaraiah from the scene of the murder and informed Viveka died of a heart attack and blood vomiting and requested him to send constables for security,” Sunitha mentioned.

Meanwhile, Avinash Reddy attended for the CBI questioning for the fourth time today. He will escape arrest because the High Court asked the CBI not to arrest him until the verdict is out.
