AP Govt to approach SC over the TS-Survey!

The micro level survey planned in Telangana on 19th of this month is the controversial issue between the Telugu States now. It is evident that the current TRS government is in no mood of entertaining settlers from the neighbouring state in cash or kind. Andhra Pradesh government allege that the survey intention is to decide the nativity of the people living in Hyderabad which is a clear violation of the AP Reorganization Act .

The specific questions in the survey questionnaire like from which state did the person hail from, what language he or she speaks and when did the person come to Hyderabad were clearly aimed at identifying settlers from the Seemandhra region. AP government is planning to approach the Supreme court to stall this survey which is against the spirit of the constitution itself. The TDP government is also planning to present all the violations of the AP Reorganization Act committed by the TRS regime.
