Apartments galore in Amaravati

As the state government is keen on shifting the administration from Hyderabad to Amaravati by June, the real estate in the upcoming capital of Andhra Pradesh is booming. As many as 300 new apartment ventures are ready for sale in the open market. Realtors are sensing good business as the staff from Hyderabad will looking for permanent addresses here.

Several apartments between Vijayawada and Nagarjuna University stretch, Tadepalli, Unda-valli in Guntur district and Vijayawada-Ibrah-impatnam stretch in Krishna district are under construction. Realtors are saying that the apartments here will also be good as investment purpose since the rents will be skyrocketing here very soon.

Real Estate in the area had pinned high hopes on the administration shift. The Realtors have all put their money in purchase of lands and construction of apartments here. They are keeping their fingers crossed for good business. If the sales activity gets speeded up, then only they would come out of financial crunch and start new ventures.
