TDP Vizianagaram MP and Union Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju has decided to donate 400 acres of his trust lands for the construction of Tribal University. The University was sanctioned to Andhra Pradesh during the state bifurcation and Mr.Raju came forward to help state government in acquiring the required land for the University.
Ashok Gajapathi Raju hails from the Royal family of Vizianagaram. He is known to be a selfless man. He carried out several charities in the past through his trust. Mr.Raju hopes that this University will brighten the lives of Tribal people who are present in huge numbers in Uttarandhra region. In the age of corrupt and selfish politician, this act of Ashok Gajapathi Raju certainly deserves a standing ovation from all the people.
