Austerity Measures Take A Break, Jagan Gets A New Convoy

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who is speaking about austerity measures after coming to Power has splurged the money in the name of a new convoy. Even while the previous Chief Minister left behind a couple of convoys, Jagan changed the vehicles in his convoy.

Six Black Colour Fortuners were added to his Convoy now. Along with the Fortuner vehicles, Jammer, Ambulance, and Police Escort Vehicles will also be a part of Jagan‘s convoy. The vehicles will have the same Registration Number AP39 PA 2345 for security purpose.

The old convoy left behind by Chandrababu Naidu is being sent to Hyderabad and will be used by Jagan whenever he is in the city. As the Chief Minister, Jagan is entitled to have Z category Security. On the other side, it is known that former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is under Z Plus security protection after a Naxal attack earlier.

The state government has decided to reduce two vehicles in the convoy. Along with the escort vehicle, the pilot clearance vehicle has been removed.
