Axis My India: 98-120 Seats For TDP+

The Andhra Pradesh assembly elections are seeing a clear projection: the NDA is expected to secure between 98 and 120 seats, making it the most dominant force.

The YSRCP, led by Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, is forecasted to win 55 to 77 seats, a significant decrease from its previous tally of 150+ seats.

According to the India Today-Axis My India exit poll, the NDA, comprising the BJP, TDP, and JSP, is poised for a strong comeback.

The TDP is expected to emerge as the single largest party with 78-96 seats, while the BJP may secure 4-6 seats and the JSP 16-18 seats.

According to the exit poll, even without the help of allies, the TDP is achieving the magical figure of 88 seats(minimum seats required to form the government). The TDP’s achieving these results independently is remarkable.

On the other hand, the ruling YSRCP is anticipated to see a notable decline in seats compared to the 2019 polls.

The INDIA bloc, led by the Congress, is projected to have minimal impact, with the possibility of winning only two seats maximum.

Compared to the previous polls, the NDA is expected to gain 85 more seats, with a 5 percent increase in vote share. In contrast, the YSRCP’s seat count is predicted to decrease, along with a 6 percent decrease in vote share.
