Baby Steps for IT towards interior Telangana!

Telangana government had started taking baby steps to take IT industry to all parts of the state. Until now the industry is concentrated only in and around Hyderabad. It is said that the state government is pushing Infosys to establish a training center in Warangal. Infosys also reportedly agreed to this in principle.

The training center is likely to come up at Medikonda in Warangal. The employees of Hyderabad will be trained in Warangal center before they are placed in to the work. The government is expecting that rest of the IT companies will also follow the suite once Infosys Training center is operational in Warangal.

The state government reportedly offered several incentives to motivate Infosys to take this decision. Currently Infosys sends its fresher employees to Mysore training center for training and later place them in various campuses of it across the country.
