Balakrishna’s First Reaction On New Districts

All eyes are on Balakrishna and Nandamuri family’s response to the NTR district created by Jagan Mohan Reddy Government. Balakrishna has responded to the districts’ reorganization but has not talked about the NTR district. The Hindupur MLA welcomed the formation of the new Districts.

“We welcome making each Parliamentary constituency into a district. It is not good to make it a political issue. But we demand Hindupur be made the headquarters for Sri Satya Sai district to respect the sentiments of Hindupur people,” Balakrishna said.

He also added that when the Hindupur constituency becomes a district, it is not right to make Puttaparthi the headquarters of the Sri Satya Sai district. So, he demanded that Hindupur be made the headquarters for the Sri Satya Sai district. Balakrishna is the first MLA from TDP to have responded to the new districts.

Meanwhile, from the NTR family, Daggubati Purandeshwari and Nandamuri Ramakrishna welcomed the idea of creating the NTR district.
