Choreographer Jani Master, who was arrested in a sexual assault case, has faced a setback in the court as the magistrate dismissed his bail petition.
After a couple of postponements, the Rangareddy district court heard Jani Master’s bail petition this after. Upon hearing the petition, the court dismissed it.
A 21-year-old female choreographer filed a sexual assault case against Jani master last month. She alleged that he had been sexually attacking her for many years, since the days she was a minor. Thus, the police filed a POCSO case against Jani.
He was caught in Goa and was sent to Chanchalguda Central Jail in Hyderabad. He got an anticipatory bail to receive National Award but that National Award was suspended due to the POCSO case against him. Thus, he landed in jail once again.
After that, his bail petition came to hearing a couple of times but the judgement was postponed. Finally, the court delivered its verdict today and decided to keep him imprisoned.
