Bojjala Resigns as a Protest for Cabinet Ousting

TDP Senior Leader, Bojjala Gopala Krishna Reddy who was shown door out of Chandrababu Naidu‘s team resigned to his MLA post as well in protest to that. Bojjala who is the Forest Minister in Naidu’s Cabinet is suffering from ill-health for quite some time.

Since the senior leader is not being that active, Naidu decided to replace him ahead of the crucial 2019 elections. But Bojjala is not happy. He met the Chief Minister along with his family and tried to prevent the ousting but could not.

He sent his resignation to the Chief Minister as well as the Speaker of Andhra Pradesh Assembly. It has to be seen how Naidu handles this issue. Bojjala represents Srikalahasti Assembly segment. Senior Leaders – Payyavula Keshav and Dhulipalla Narendra are also not happy missing the cabinet berth.
