Can Jagan and KCR Continue Their Bonhomie?

It was a dream come true moment for YS Jagan Mohan Reddy after that historic victory. He will be taking Oath on 30th of this month and has gone to Pragathi Bhavan to invite Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for his Swearing in ceremony. KCR welcomed him inside and gave him a tight hug.

KCR did all that he could to help Jagan win over Chandrababu Naidu. If not for the stunning result in Telangana MP Elections, KCR would have enjoyed Chandrababu’s Defeat to the fullest. As his own daughter was defeated, KCR missed the chance to come out and abuse/taunt Chandrababu before the media.

Now the big question is will the bonhomie remain intact? There are numerous contentious issues between both the Governments and they can only be resolved by dialogue. But then, these issues do not get solved unless or until one side sacrifice the interest of their state. The big question is who will do that since it is a big ask politically.

The Opposition in Telangana is on a high winning Seven MP Seats while TDP in Andhra Pradesh will definitely look forward to corner Jagan Mohan Reddy as soon as possible. Given the circumstances, it has to be seen if Jagan and KCR can keep up their bonhomie. They would like to do that at least to showcase Chandrababu as a failure but it is not that easy.
