Can Not Save Jagan Without YSR’s Name In The FIR

APCC president YS Sharmila counter-attacked the allegations made by the state’s Additional Advocate General Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy during his recent press meet.

She stated that Sudhakar was the one who believed that Jagan could not be saved if YS Rajashekar Reddy’s name was not included in the CBI’s charge sheet.

Speaking to the media in Vizag today, Sharmila condemned Sudhakar’s disrespectful language towards her. She reminded Sudhakar that she is YSR’s daughter and the Congress Party’s state president.

Sharmila asserted that Sudhakar Reddy’s statements during the press meet just proved his devotion towards YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

“CBI did not list YSR’s name in the charge sheet. However, Sudhakar Reddy believed that YSR’s name should be included to save Jagan in the case. He tried to include it in the charge sheet by going to the CBI trial court, High Court, and even the Supreme Court,” stated Sharmila. She said that all three courts dismissed Sudhakar’s petitions.

She questioned Sudhakar Reddy’s hypocrisy in trying to damage the reputation of his “idol,” Rajashekar Reddy, by attempting to include his name in the CBI charge sheet. Sharmila alleged that Sudhakar Reddy tried to add YSR’s name to the charge sheet upon the instructions of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

She claimed that as a result, Jagan appointed Sudhakar Reddy as AAG of the government, within a week of taking oath as the CM of Andhra Pradesh.
