Center Is the Scapegoat on Special Status Issue – Jagan

Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seems to be having two different stances – One in Andhra Pradesh and the other in Delhi. The Opposition leader who claims to be steering the Special Status struggle is in no mood of messing up with the Center.

Surprisingly, Jagan blames Chandrababu more than Modi for going back on Bifurcation promises. In an interview to Indian Express, Jagan declared that the central govt happens to be the the scape goat on the Special Status issue.

He also went on to say that the Center reneged on its promises to Andhra Pradesh but it was more because Naidu stopped persuading due to the fear ot cases. Jagan seems to be blaming the State in this case which gives rise to doubts over a possible nexus between BJP and YSR Congress.

Can Jagan explain if the Center does not have the responsibility to complete the lawful demands of the state if the Chief Minister does not persuade? If Jagan is right, he should have kept the No Confidence motion on the state than the Center?
