CBN Bail in ACB Court: Suspense Continues

It is known that Chandrababu has waged a lengthy legal battle against his allegedly questionable arrest in the AP skill development case. He had filed a bail plea at the ACB court and the same came to hearing today.

The hearing was wrapped up and the judgement was expected to be passed, however, the same has been reserved now.

The ACB court has stated that the judgement on the bail plea has been reserved and it will be announced tomorrow, 6th October.

Incidentally, Naidu’s judicial remand was further extended by the ACB court today. His remand sentence has been extended for another two weeks, meaning he will be on remand till the 19th of this month.

This brings a lot of anticipation on Naidu’s bail plea, the judgement on which will be announced on 6 October.
