CBN Didn’t Break Rules: AP HC

It is known that the AP high court had allocated had given bail to TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu in the AP skill development case. He was let out on 31 October.

Shortly after CBN came out, the YCP government and AP CID started a narrative that Naidu flouted court orders, where he was asked not to attend rallies or political events, but he did speak with the public after coming out.

While hearing the case, the AP High Court opined “After assessing the proofs submitted, it appears that Chandrababu greeted back the public that came to see him outside the jail. It is common for anyone to greet the other person. The court can’t order the public not to come and see him(CBN)”.

The court made it clear that they can’t see any evidence that Chandrababu broke the rules and orders set by the High Court.

The court added that the CID’s argument that two DSP officers should be kept alongside CBN is nothing but infringement of privacy and confirmed that it can’t be done.
