He made his mark felt during his recent visit to Tirumala. After swearing in as the CM, Chandrababu Naidu went to Tirumala on the same night.

During the rule of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, curtains would be set up at the roadsides and his guesthouse, whenever he visited Tirumala. He was also criticised for this act.

Ahead of Naidu’s visit, the TTD officials have set up curtains as a part of their habit for the last five years. But Naidu asked them to remove it with immediate effect.

Even Lokesh was seen joking with officials for placing curtains as a part of their habit. The video of this incident went viral on social media.

Chandrababu Naidu made it clear to the officials that no additional restrictions should made during his visit to Tirumala, causing inconvenience to the pilgrims.

He asked officials to leave their old habits and not take him away from the public. Immediately, the officials made sure to remove curtains across the town.

As a result, the “parada culture” has ended in Andhra Pradesh, becoming a stepping stone to solid governance in the state.
