Naidu Goes Extra Mile for Fathima Medical College Students

After the Central government failed to deliver justice to the students of Fathima Medical College, the state government had decided to go an extra mile to help the students in distress. An ordinance will be brought out to take the students to Government Medical Colleges and accomodate them. A similar issue cropped up in Kerala and the government solved it with an ordinance.

Chandrababu Naidu is doing the same now. Fathima Medical College of Kadapa admitted 100 students in 2015-16 against the norms of MCI. The admissions were cancelled and the Central government failed to help the students from losing the academic year. Janasena President Pawan Kalyan also pursued the issue intensely.

It has to be seen if Central government will let go the issue or stall the efforts of the state government. The file with the Ordinance is currently with the law department and it will be brought out very soon. The students and their parents are hopeful about the state government coming to their rescu
