Brutal Abuse Captured on Video

In what appears to be a new low for humanity, a video has surfaced on social media platforms and messaging services such as Whatsapp that shows a man throwing a dog from a terrace.

The cruelty of the man certainly knows n bounds as he looks into the camera and smiles while holding the dog by its neck and back. He then proceeds to drop the dog from the terrace and the dog’s painful cry is heard as it hits the ground.

Although it is not clear when the dog was thrown, the perpetrator is believed to be from Chennai and Humane Society International of India is offering a reward of Rs 1Lakh to anyone who is willing to volunteer valid information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for this heinous act. Meanwhile, the Cyber Crime Cell in Chennai is also investigating the matter.
