Chintamaneni Files A Private Case Against AP Govt

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Government had filed dozens of cases on former TDP MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar. He was sent behind the bars as well.

Every time, he gets bail in one case, his jail term is extended using another case.

Finally, Prabhakar has filed a private case alleging that illegal cases were being made against him.

To this extent, a private case was filed against the AP government in the Eluru court.

AP CM YS Jagan, Government adviser Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, former DGP Gautam Sawang with Rahul Dev Sharma, and Navjot Singh Grewal were made a party in this case.

Chintamaneni is a two-time MLA from the Denduluru constituency, West Godavari. He won in the 2009 and 2014 elections.

He lost to YSRCP candidate Kotaru Abbayya Chowdary with a margin of 16K votes in 2019.

This private case indicates Chintamaneni is up for the 2024 battle already
