Coming & Going But No Use: People Fires On YCP MLA

“The MLA is coming and is leaving making promises. But the problems are not being solved,” the residents of Vempadu of Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal protested in front of MP Margani Bharat.

The MP tried to pacify the people but they would not listen.

The MP along with MLA Talari Venkatarao participated in the ‘Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam’ program organized in that village on Tuesday.

“The MLA had promised to build a proper house before the elections, but it has not been fulfilled so far. Even the loan was not sanctioned at least in the housing scheme,” a woman complained.

Many people said that the drainage system in the village is not proper and mosquitoes are rampant due to sewage. Panchayat officials are alleged to be unavailable.

MP Bharat suggested to the secretariat officials to take steps to solve the problems.

Right before the MP, the people said that they no longer trust the empty promises because nothing has happened in the last three years.
