Compromise Arrived At TDP Vijayawada MP Ticket

TDP MP Kesineni Nani is not getting on well with the other leaders of Vijayawada. There are rumors that he may be denied a ticket next time and his brother Kesineni Chinni will be the TDP candidate for 2024. Nani even skipped Lokesh’s Padayatra in Krishna district recently.

Lokesh also avoided touching the beehive and skipped announcing the candidate for Vijayawada MP.

Nani is a strong candidate who won even in Jagan’s wave. TDP can not afford to mess up with the Vijayawada Parliament which is a stronghold of the party. Party sympathizers are worried about what is happening.

Recently happenings indicate that they may have arrived at a compromise.

Talking to the media, Kesineni Nani announced that he will contest for Vijayawada Parliament on a TDP ticket and will also complete a hattrick of victories. He also praised Chandrababu as one of the very few leaders with integrity across the country.

At the same time, Kesineni Chinni, in an interview, mentioned that he would withdraw if Chandrababu Naidu insisted.

Connecting all these dots, it looks like a compromise has been arrived at the crucial Vijayawada MP ticket.

Nani has the image of striving hard for the constituency using his contacts in the Central Government, especially Minister Gadkari. Probably, it would not be wise to refuse him a ticket.
