Vikram Goud do not have proper image and is a newbie in politics and the announcement came as a total surprise. Further the party had instilled V Hanumantha Rao as the party’s campaign incharge.

Forget about impressing the electorate with such appointments, even hardcore Congress supporters will not be happy. Did the main opposition party gave up its hopes on this crucial civic polls?
