Post survey- First job kicked off!

The Intensive Household Survey of Telangana State has covered 1,05,89,929 families which is 27% more than the 2001 Census. The Survey is more or less confirmed and officials are now concentrating on entering the data to database. The data entry will begin in 520 data centers using 21007 computers in all the districts of Telangana except Hyderabad. It is not yet decided about the data entry work in Hyderabad.

One Incharge will monitor the entire work in the data entry center. VROs will also take part in the data entry to avoid mistakes. Government sources say all measures are taken to protect the data. This data is expected to give government clear idea of the requirements of the people and the beneficiaries of various welfare schemes to be taken up by the government going forward.
