Did Naidu Give Ammunition to the Opposition?

Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s handshake to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and the latter’s pat on the back to the Prime Minister Aspirant at HD Kumaraswamy’s Swearing-in ceremony is creating tremors in Andhra Pradesh Politics.

The speculations are on if Chandrababu Naidu who recently parted ways with BJP will be joining Congress. This will be ammunition for the Opposition to target TDP bringing out the Bifurcation Sentiment Plank against the Congress.

If at all it happens, Naidu will have a tough job to explain to the people. Also, an alliance with Congress will be extremely difficult to convince the cadre since TDP is born with anti-Congress as its motto. Moreover, all this is for the bare 1-2% Votebank Congress has in the state after the bifurcation fiasco.
