Differences flaring up between Kodandaram and KCR

Looks like the distance between Telangana JAC Chairman Kodandaram and Telangana government is increasing every day. Already both the sides are locking horns on farmers suicides and Power PPA with Chhattisgarh government. And now the new issue is the restrictions imposed on Electricity employees.

Telangana Transco MD Prabhakar Rao issued orders that employees are not allowed to voice their opinions against government policy on PPAs and various other issues. He also instructed them not to speak to media.

Kodanadaram became serious on these restrictions and termed as infringing the right of freedom of Speech given by the constitution. He also reminded the government that service rules are not greater than Constitution. We will have to see what these differences lead to!
