As many as 2,500 skilled and unskilled workers, coolies worked every day apart from 500 engineers. Diaphragm wall of a Project is what a foundation is to a house. L&T Geostructure and Bauer Joint Venture have ensured that it is completed as per the plan.

Diaphragm Wall construction is the most difficult part of the Project construction and it is completed successfully. As per the plan, the Dam construction will be completed by March the next year and Coffer Dam Construction by May 2019.

In all probability. the water will be given through gravity in the next season. The Central Government has stalled the Project work for more than two months and that has put the project on tight lines. The contractors are working day and night to make it happen.
