Disappointment for Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju

Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju who expected ticket from BJP for Narasapuram Parliament is finally left empty handed. It is known that this particular seat even threatened to break the alliance between TDP and BJP. While TDP pressed for change of BJP’s candidate (Gokaraju), RSS exerted full pressure on BJP to continue with him. Therefore BJP did not change its candidate here.

Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju on Thursday filed nomination for Naraspuram both from BJP and TDP. He expected that TDP will convince BJP to change the candidate if alliance is there or he expected to be TDP’s candidate in case the alliance is broken. But both the cases did not happen. Finally he subdued and announced that he will withdraw his nomination and support BJP candidates. He also announced that he will campaign for TDP’s MLA candidates under Narasapuram Parliament. He predicted an easy win for Gokaraju Rangaraju given the alliance between TDP and BJP.
