Andhra Pradesh High Court has given key directions on the G.O issued by the AP government on shifting of state government offices to Visakhapatnam.
To this extent, it has been ordered not to move the offices immediately.
Several petitions filed in the High Court challenging the relocation of offices came up for hearing before the bench on Saturday.
It is said that the Chief Justice will soon decide which bench will take up the hearing of the relevant petitions. The registry was directed to place these petitions before the CJ bench.
On Saturday evening, the High Court issued written directions to the government not to move the offices until the matters are disposed of.
