Don’t You Dare To Say That: Pawan To Karthi

Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan gave a strong warning to actor Karthi and asked him not to make fun of the Tirupati Laddu.

The adulteration of ghee used for Tirupati has caused distress among Hindus across the nation. Pawan seerely condemned this action that happened under YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s regime.

Yesterday, he began his penance deeksha, and this morning, he swept and cleaned the steps of the Sri Kanakadurga Temple in Vijayawada.

Later, he spoke to the media and lashed out at various pseudo-seculars who are making fun of the Laddu issue. He criticised the comments of Prakash Raj and Ponnavolu Sudhakar.

Pawan also warned actor Karthi for the comments he made on this issue at his film’s event last night. Getting into the details, the pre-release event of Karthi’s Satyam Sundaram was held last night.

During the event, the host repeatedly asked Karthi, “Laddu Kavala Nayana.” For that, Karthi jokingly commented, “Let’s not involve Laddu now. Laddu is a sensitive topic.”

These comments viral on social media. Speaking about them today, Pawan said, “Don’t you ever say that. Don’t. Don’t you ever dare to say that. I respect you as an actor. But when it comes to Sanatana Dharma, you have to think 100 times before saying a word.”
