Drama Continues on the Resignations of YSR Congress MPs

The Drama around the resignations of the YSR Congress MPs seems to be not ending any soon. We know that Speaker has asked them to submit their confirmation letters to ensure her to take a final decision and they did accordingly.

But Loksabha Secretariat has confirmed that the Speaker is yet to take a decision on the Resignations and then Sumitra Mahajan is reportedly going on a foreign tour from today and she will be back only after 10 days which means more delay.

That will mean their resignations will take a while to be accepted. Already there are reports that the Resignations will be accepted within the one-year time frame of the General Elections and so there is no chance of by-elections for the Five Loksabha Segments.
