Court Surprised, Will ‘Manchi Prabhutvam’ Change?

There is a disappointment in the TDP cadres that the Government is being too soft with those who troubled the party and resorted to anarchy in the last five years.

There are no significant arrests in many cases and even notices were not served in a few cases.

We have seen someone like RGV giving interviews on TV and YouTube Studios when the Police have deployed teams to nab him.

And now, even the courts seem to believe that the Government is being too soft.

In Bollywood heroine Jethwani’s case, the High Court questioned the Government’s decision not to arrest IPS PSR Anjaneyulu and others.

Leaving aside the merits of the case, it is evident that something in the case can go up to the arrest. But the Government did not go even though there was a chance to go to that extent.

TDP cadres are lamenting that this is what they have been saying for a long time and are questioning if the ‘Manchi Prabhutvam’ will ever change.

For those who do not know, “Idi Manchi Prabhutvam” is the famous campaign of TDP after the sensational victory in recent elections.

Cadres are mocking the Government themselves calling it ‘Manchi Prabhutvam’ whenever they refer to this Government being lenient.
