Even Pawan Kalyan Changes, But Fans Don’t

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has shifted his focus from films to politics these days as the election date is nearing. As a part of the Rythu Bharosa Yatra, the Janasena chief, Pawan Kalyan, visited Mandapeta yesterday.

Previously, he used to conduct political meetings once in 2-3 months, but as the elections are approaching, he has become quite active and is organizing at least one political event every week.

During the speech, Pawan Kalyan mentioned that he was getting hurt because of his fans. He said that he admires their love and has a lot of respect for them, but he is getting hurt on numerous occasions due to their over fanaticism.

Pawan, in a way, warned his fans to stop seeing him as a film star. Pawan hinted that he is a changed man now and he is no more a film star. But fans haven’t changed and continue to worship him as a cinema actor. Their attitude towards him is still the same, and it is hurting his reputation.

For the first three years, Pawan took it lightly, but now he has realized that his fans’ behavior has become a liability to his political career. In 2019 also, the same fanism damaged his chances in the elections.

Pawan Kalyan is trying for an image makeover, but his fans aren’t allowing that to happen, and it is becoming frustrating for Pawan.
