Andhra Pradesh’s former Intelligence Chief PSR Anjaneyulu tried meeting the state Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu earlier today.
Anjaneyulu tried to meet Naidu at his residence in Hyderabad. The CMO officials asked him to leave because he had no appointment with Naidu.
He tried his luck again but was sent back right at the gate. Thus, Anjaneyulu did a few rounds around Chandrababu’s residence just to try his luck meeting him but his efforts failed.
Anjaneyulu tried meeting Chandrababu a few times at the AP secretariat after the latter took oath as the Chief Minister. But he failed to get an appointment.
Anjaneyulu was one of the prominent officers who faced allegations of working for the YSR Congress Party when it was in the government.
In many instances, Anjaneyulu was found to be working against the law and order, just to favour the YSR Congress Party.
It was believed that Anjaneyulu played a vital role in filing false cases against Chandrababu Naidu, Atchannaidu, Kodela Siva Prasad and JC Prabhakar Reddy.
Due to his alleged allegiance with the YCP, the Election Commission sidelined him from election duties earlier this year.
