FIR to Be Filed on YS Jagan

Central Election Commission has shocked Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. CEC had decided that Jagan’s comments of ‘No Crime in Shooting Down Chandrababu’ will come under the violation of Model Code of Conduct. CEC expressed its anger on the comments and directed Returning Officer to take action.

The Election Commission also directed the Returning Officer to ensure that a FIR is filed on Jagan for these comments under the relevant sections. Earlier TDP leaders have complained about this comments to State Election Commissioner, Bhanwarlal.

But with no action taken, TDP MPs have approached the Central Election Commission which has responded. TDP leaders also say that their allegations on Bhanwarlal acting in favour to YSR Congress also proved to be true with this one incident.
