First failure for TRS in Operation Akarsha!

Ahead of the crucial GHMC elections, Ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti is keen to empty Telugu Desam Party in the region. KTR and Thummala are in talks with Serlingampally MLA, Gandhi and Harish Rao is in touch with Quthbullapur MLA, Vivek.

It is said that Vivek reportedly disappointed Harish big time. The Telangana Minister tempted Vivek with a possible cabinet berth in the next expansion. He reportedly rejected the offer outright saying that he do not want to leave behind the party and cadre who stayed with him in tough times.

Harish Rao reportedly tried to convince Vivek for two hours but the TDP MLA concluded the meeting asking Harish not to pursue the issue further. Harish who have good relations with Vivek outside politics reportedly said to him that he is the only MLA who refused his offer so far. On the other side, TRS sources say talks with Gandhi are happening favorably. It is interesting to see if Vivek sticks to this stand going further too!
