First World-Class Building in Amaravati Now Inaugurated

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated the CRDA office in Amaravati with traditional rituals. Veda pandits welcomed him and offered blessings. Naidu also met farmers who gave their lands for the capital, thanking them warmly for their contribution.

The new CRDA office covers 4.32 acres with a built-up area of 3,07,326 sq ft. It has G+7 floors designed for better coordination. Offices of the MAUD department will also function here. The large ‘A’ on the building’s facade, symbolising Amaravati, has already become a local landmark.

The first floor features conference halls for official meetings. The CRDA occupies the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors. The 4th floor is assigned to the CMDA municipal directorate, while the 6th floor houses the Amaravati Development Corporation Limited. The ground floor includes an Integrated Command Control Centre for city operations.
