Foundation Works of Iconic Buildings to Begin Very Soon

Andhra Pradesh Government is gearing up to begin the construction of the Permanent Buildings for the High Court and Assembly from May-end. CRDA will call for separate tenders for the foundation and other construction works. Once the design works are 50% complete, the tenders for the foundation will be called for.

Once the works begin, the foundation should be complete in six weeks. The complete designs of the buildings will be ready by May-end. Since the foundation will be ready by that time, construction can be taken up immediately. This plan will ensure that time is not wasted and the construction will go on as planned.

Norman Fosters and Partners have submitted the plan recently. CRDA is arranging a meeting with famous architects across the country on 10th of this month in Vijayawada to finalize the plan. On the other side, CRDA is looking for architects to prepare the designs of Secretariat, HOD offices, and VIP housing.
