Nayeem’s Case Brings Disdain to KCR Government

Gangster Nayeemuddin’s case seems to be claiming the first head in TRS government itself. Telangana Council Vice Chairman Nethi Vidya Sagar’s name is prominently heard in this case and it also figured in the charge sheet filed by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) in Bhuvanagiri court. There are a couple of other TRS names mentioned as well.

Since the victims have directly approached the SIT with the allegations on the TRS leaders, their names had to be included in the charge sheets. In case, the Chief Minister do not ask for the Vice Chairman’s Resignation, it will bring a lot of disdain to the government and will also help the opposition to corner the government.

On the other side, CPI Narayana had approached the Hyderabad High Court demanding that the case to be handed over to CBI since SIT seem to be running on the whims and fancies of the TRS government. The high court asked the government to submit a status report on the case in three weeks time. Several Police officers names have also cropped up in the charge sheet.
