Gannavaram: All Key YCP Leaders Into TDP?

Vallabhaneni Vamsi who was elected on the TDP ticket in 2019 from Gannavaram shifted to YSR Congress later on. But ever since, Vamsi’s joining YSR Congress in Gannavaram is in shambles.

Yarlagadda Venkat Rao who contested and lost on Vamsi and the party’s senior leader, Dutta Rama Chandra Rao are fuming about the party’s high command and are not going on well with Vamsi.

There are rumors in the constituency that it is a matter of time before Yarlagadda will join the Telugu Desam Party. Dutta Rama Chandra Rao is also contemplating the same.

Dasari Balavardhan Rao contested four times from Gannavaram and won on a TDP ticket in 1999 and 2004. He and his brother, Jai Ramesh joined YSR Congress just before the 2019 elections but were inactive in the party.

Dasari family is erecting the statues of NT Ramarao and Basavatarakam in Unguturu.

Chandrababu Naidu and Nandamuri family were invited to this ceremony indicating a change in the party.

It is almost like Jagan has bartered the entire party for Vamsi. Jagan will hope all this is worth for Vamsi who won twice in 2014 and 2019.
