End Party Recognition of YSRCP: Ganta Demands

TDP Bheemili MLA Ganta Srinivas has demanded that the party recognition of YSRCP should be cancelled. He said the behaviour of YSRCP leaders and cadre was damaging law and order across the state. He also said he would write to the Election Commission on this issue.

Ganta Srinivas was reacting to unpublishable remarks made by Ambati Rambabu against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. While speaking to the media, he played videos showing derogatory comments by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Ambati Rambabu, Kodali Nani, Perni Nani, Jogi Ramesh, Roja and others.

Ganta said people would naturally feel angry when such comments are made against Chandrababu Naidu. He added that Chandrababu has served four terms as Chief Minister and deserves respect from political rivals.

He also recalled being detained in an anarchic manner at Vizag airport during the YSRCP rule. Ganta accused the party of using caste-based language to provoke people and retain its identity. He said he had seen YS Rajasekhar Reddy apologise in the Assembly for speaking disrespectfully about Chandrababu.
