Minimum Government Maximum Governance was the election slogan for BJP but then things are exactly opposite now. The parents availing this facility should submit the details of the persons to whom the payments will be made and the cash should be given to only those who have no bank accounts. All the proofs like wedding card, Function hall advance receipts, Catering Receipts should be submitted.

All these proofs will be maintained by the bank manager and can be scrutinized any time. Banks are instructed to encourage wedding related payments through cashless ways. In this case, people may have to employ a Chartered Accountant along with the Pandit and others.
