
Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu is currently in Mumbai as he is taking part in the Economic Times conclave, where he would be awarded the business reformer of the year memento.
In accordance with the theme of the event, the chief minister spoke briefly about the upcoming mega investment plan in Andhra Pradesh, where Google is investing $15 billion in a massive data Centre in Vizag.
Chandrababu rebuild that Google data Centre and AI have been Vizag is going to come with an investment of $15 billion roughly converts to ₹90,000 crore in Indian currency.
The foundation ceremony for this mega project is going to be held in Vizag on April 28 and Chandrababu will be taking part in the same. He said Andhra Pradesh is blessed with a wide range of renewable energy resources, and this will prepare companies to establish outlets in the state.
However, Chandrababu categorically confirmed that only companies with up to 5 GW supply demand will be permitted for the time being in AP as this is all that the state can cater to for now.
But the deciding factor here is going to be that the arrival of Google will instigate more companies to look at Andhra Pradesh which will have a snowballing effect of its own.
