Govt Lawyer Argued For Viveka’s Murder Case Accused?

YSR Congress Rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju made startling comments about YS Vivekananda Reddy. He alleged that a Government lawyer is arguing on the behalf of the accused, Chandra Obul Reddy. He complained about the lawyer to Bar Council Chairman.

“How can a Government lawyer take up cases pertaining to YSR Congress and its leaders. How did the Chief Minister allow a Government lawyer to help the accused in his own uncle’s murder? Everyone in the state knows the answer to ‘Who Killed Babai?’,” Raghu Rama Krishna Raju said.

“CBI is going to make progress in the case very soon,” the MP added. The murder has happened just before the 2019 elections and YSR Congress has blamed the then ruling party – TDP for it. After coming to power in 2019, Jagan Government has argued against the CBI inquiry but Viveka’s Daughter knocked on the high court’s door and got it.

Several ruling party politicians including Kadapa MP were named in the list of suspects submitted to the court by Viveka’s daughter, Sunitha.
