Fresh orders to stop Amaravati construction

Looks like trouble is brewing for Amaravati as the National Green Tribunal (NGT) had given a fresh order to stop all the constructions going on in the upcoming capital of the state. The orders were issued to Guntur Collector and CRDA who are supervising the works for the Foundation event.

The Petitioner, P.Srimannarayana who filed the complaint with the Green Tribunal says that he is ready to approach the court if AP government continues with work at Amaravati in violation of the tribunal order.

There is a sense of confusion prevailing as the state government and even the concerned ministry is claiming that all the necessary permissions and clearances are given to Amaravati. The event is drawing closer and people are trying their level best to stop it.
