We are hours away from Hari Hara Veeramallu night premieres.
But the bookings of the Premieres are yet to open.
It is due to the tussle between Mythri and the theaters owned by the syndicate of Sirish Reddy, Suniel Narang, and Suresh Babu.
It is known to our readers that Single Screens are given fixed rent by the distributor.
It is fine as long as the tickets are sold at the booking prices.
But Mythri has got special permission for an additional hike of Rs 600 + GST, bringing the total to approximately Rs. 708
The Single Screen theaters, especially those owned by the syndicate, are demanding extra rent since the ticket prices are high.
Mythri Sasi offered to increase 10,000 for Ren,t but they are not agreeing since the Police protection alone will cost 10,000 for each theaters.
Sasi is trying to create the feeling of missing out by increasing the shows in Multiplexes.
The Multiplexes have not opened the bookings for the Premieres too, and that is a different story there.
For Pushpa 2, the Premieres were not screened in the PVR Multiplex as they refused to lower their percentage for the Premieres.
The movie was totally not screened in the Prasads Multiplex.
Fans are nervous as the Premieres are drawing closer.
In Andhra Pradesh, there is no issue whatsoever. Special Night Shows have been cleared in AP’s National Chains at ₹885.
Update:
In Hyderabad, the Single Screens are opening the Premieres. But the suspense is still on about the Multiplexes.
