Harish Missing, KCR Skips, KTR All The Way At TRS Formation Day

Today is the Telangana Rashtra Samiti Formation Day. This is the first Formation Day of the party after coming to Power in Telangana for the second time. Even as the party wanted to celebrate it grand, the ongoing Model Code of Conduct in the state ensured that it will be a simple affair in Telangana Bhavan.

What is more surprising is that Telangana Chief Minister and the party President K Chandrasekhar Rao skipped the event and has confined himself to the farmhouse in Medak. The party’s Working President, K Taraka Ramarao presided over the event and hoisted the party flag. This may be an indication by KCR that KTR is going to be the Boss.

Interestingly, Harish Rao is absent at the event. Telangana Supporters themselves are upset as the huge contingent of leaders who shared the stage with KTR have no role whatsoever in Telangana movement. Many of them were taken into the party after the elections from other parties sidelining those who worked for the Statehood.

Keeping aside that, this is a monumental journey of TRS in Telangana. It all started with KCR and ended with the creation of a new state. And then, the party has transformed itself into a Political Party to win two consecutive terms in the office all with the support of the people.
