High Court Bifurcation To Help Jagan Mohan Reddy?

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu suspected that the speed at which the High Court is being bifurcated may be to benefit Opposition Leader, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in his Disproportionate Assets Cases. “With the high court bifurcation, Nampally CBI Court will also be bifurcated. A new judge will come and the proceedings will begin once again now,” Naidu said.

All the quid pro quo cases of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy are very complex. If the judge change really happens, the new judge will obviously take much time to look in to and understand the cases. Even going through the charge sheets filed in the cases will take months of time together for the new judge. So that will definitely delay the proceedings.

Jagan will also get a chance to appeal for the court to exempt him from every Friday court appearance until the exercise is complete. Such exemption will come as a huge benefit for Jagan ahead of the election season. The Opposition leader who walked for more than 3500 Kilometers until now did not get an exemption from the court appearances even then.
