High Court Division to Bring New Question for Center?

High Court division between both the Telugu States, is likely to bring problems for the central government finally. According to the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, the existing high court will be serving for both the state until AP sets up a new high court in Andhra Pradesh state.

But High Court in Andhra Pradesh is not possible immediately and if the high court is temporarily accommodated in Hyderabad, the center should amend Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act. That will bring new allegations on the center, that if it can amend the act for everything, then why not for including Special Status clause.

We all know that BJP is escaping from the Special Status promise saying that Congress did not include it in the bill. AP Reorganization Act was so far amended twice for increasing MLC seats and including Polavaram submerging mandals to AP. We will have to see if Center does that for third time amid Special Status Storm!
