High Court Fires on KCR’s New Found Close-Aide!

Nalgonda MP Gutha Sukender Reddy filed a case on Telangana Government appointing Parliamentary Secretaries with Cabinet Rank alleging that it is unconstitutional. High Court also agreed with the view. But when the court proceedings are still on, in this case, Gutha shifted to TRS.

Now the pressure is on him to withdraw the case. When he tried to withdraw the case, High Court fired on him for using the court for political purposes and also refused to end the case. This comes as a massive embarrassment for the government as well as the Nalgonda MP.

Gutha has become very close to CM KCR now and he is likely to get a plum post with cabinet rank very soon. Buzz is that he may resign as Nalgonda MP and KCR wants to have the by-election as a show of strength ahead of 2019 elections.
